Aggie is a New Zealand-trained generalist Obstetrician and Gynaecologist. She was born in
Poland and moved to Montreal, Canada at the age of 3 where she lived until returning to
Poland to study medicine. After completing her medical degree, she went on to earn a
Masters degree in Obstetrics and Gynaecology from University College Cork, Ireland.
Aggie moved to New Zealand in 2012. She began her specialist training in 2014 in
Wellington and completed it in Hawke’s Bay. There she pursued advanced training in
laparoscopy, hysteroscopy and colposcopy and is now a Consultant at the Hawke’s Bay
District Health Board.
Passionate about empowering women with respect to their bodies, Aggie spends time during
consultations to enable patients to better understand what might be wrong and how to find
solutions together.
The creation of Kaweka Hospital in Hawke’s Bay has presented Aggie with an opportunity to
expand into private practice and continue her passionate journey in Women’s Health.
In her spare time, Aggie enjoys being a member of Triathlon Hawke’s Bay with her husband
Will.
