As everyone gets busy this time of year, we are reminding patients to request prescription refills for medicines that may run out over the summer holidays early.
You can do this, preferably through our Manage My Health patient portal prescription refill service, or by phoning your GP Suite reception. Prescription refills may take up to 48 hours to fulfill.

Remember, you may be asked to make an appointment for a prescription if it has been more than 3 months since you last saw your doctor.
Our GP Suites will run on a reduced service between Monday 23 December and Monday 6 January, but our Urgent Care will be open through this period for urgent care and prescription refills. There will be an extra charge for prescription refills requested at urgent care rather than through your own GP.
